Deb is amazing! I would highly recommend for anyone who is having any kind of body discomfort or simply just needs a tune up. During my treatment with Deb I asked her to focus on my knees. I was having knee pain almost everyday for a year with not much relief from other types of treatments. After seeing Deb for only one session my knee pain was completely gone the next day and for weeks after. This one and only treatment made me a true believer in reflexology. Debs has treated me for various ailments over the last few years… (insomnia, psoriasis, stress). Her treatments are truly wonderful. I feel soothed, healed and grounded after each and every one. It has also been really helpful to have generic ‘maintenance’ sessions to assess for any hormonal imbalances (usually too much adrenaline) and just reset my nervous system if I’m feeling a little out of sorts.
